I wanted to know if anyone here had solid research on the efficacy of Paxlovid against COVID, and exactly how well it prevents long-term effects such as long-COVID. I recently had COVID--definitely part of the summer surge of the FLiRT strain--and I treated it with Paxlovid. I already have multiple chronic conditions, and I want to know my chances of becoming more disabled might be. Thank you in advance.

The expert in the chat directed me toward a couple sources of info and I was able to pick up a few from there. Maybe not precisely what you're looking for, but here's some studies on Nirmatrelvir (AKA Paxlovid) and its effects on post-covid sequelae as well as some general long covid and viral persistence studies:
