to I:: CPC mouthwash -- crest pro health (blue) is cheap and readily available. crest pro health clinical (white) and therabreath deep clean oral rinse (yellow) has a higher percentage of cpc (0.1%) but both are less easily findable. Jun 13, 2025 21:37:23 GMT
to I: nasal spray -- xlear is most readily findable in drugstores and isn't really irritable. norizite is good but expensive bc it has to be shipped from UK (unsure where you're based). Jun 13, 2025 21:38:47 GMT
